A digital menu for bakeries that keeps up with the oven

A bakery's menu changes by the hour: the croissants are out at seven, the éclairs at four, and the cheese fatayer are gone by ten. Choose a template, group your bakes by batch, and mark trays sold out from your phone as they empty.

Your bakery's menu, batch by batch

  1. 1

    Choose a template

Dorée for a bakery counter, Atelier for a pâtisserie, Gallery for a cake atelier. Switch any time.

  2. 2

    Group your bakes

By batch (morning, afternoon), by kind (breads, pastries, cakes) or both, with times in the section name.

  3. 3

Add slices, boxes and whole cakes

One line per bake, with slice and whole, or boxes of 6 and 12, as options with their own prices.

  4. 4

    Mark trays sold out

From your phone, as each tray empties. Bring them back for tomorrow's bake with one tap.

A menu that follows the day's bakes

Put the bake time in the section name ("Morning bake · 7 am", "Afternoon bake · 4 pm") so people know when to come back for the ones that are gone. Sections you only bake on weekends or in Ramadan can be hidden and shown again with their dishes and prices intact.

When a tray sells out, mark it from your phone. The item stays on the menu, marked sold out, so regulars can see it exists and ask when it's next out of the oven.

Pastry shop prices: slices, pieces, boxes and whole cakes

Pastry shops sell the same thing in several ways. Each bake can carry up to two option groups with a price for every combination:

  • Slice or whole cake, on the same line
  • Boxes of 6 or 12 for ma'amoul, cookies and petits fours
  • Cake sizes in inches, or how many people they serve
  • A note on the section for pre-orders, such as "Order 48 hours ahead"

An online menu without building a website

Your bakery's menu lives at your own link, such as craftel.app/m/yourbakery. Put it in your Instagram bio and Google Maps listing and send it on WhatsApp when someone asks what's available today. There's nothing to host and nothing to design: you choose the template and type your bakes.

Why bakeries use a Craftel menu

  • Sold out, back tomorrow

Mark a tray sold out without deleting it, and bring it back for the next bake.

  • Slices, boxes, whole cakes

Every way you sell a bake, with its own price, on one line.

  • Photos optional

Add photos for the cakes people choose by eye. Templates look finished without them too.

  • Arabic and English, as equals

Ma'amoul and croissants named in both languages, with Arabic in a proper Arabic typeface.

What it costs

Free for the first 14 days, with every template and no card needed. After that it's $12 a month or $99 a year for your bakery's menu, with your link and QR codes included.

Questions about digital menus for bakeries

Is this an online menu builder for bakeries?

Yes, without the building. You choose a designed template, add your bakes and prices, and the menu is live at your own link. There's no page to lay out and no website to host.

Can I show what's baked at which time?

Yes. Put the time in the section's name or description, such as "Afternoon bake · 4 pm". Guests see the sections in the order you set.

How do I sell slices and whole cakes?

Add slice and whole as options on the cake, each with its own price. The same works for boxes of 6 and 12.

Can customers order or pay through the menu?

No. The menu shows what you bake and what it costs. Customers order at the counter or by message, as they do today.

Do I need a photo for every pastry?

No. Photos help for cakes people choose by looking, and they're resized automatically so the menu stays fast. Without them, the templates still look finished.
