A simpler MenuTiger alternative, for cafés that just want a beautiful menu

MenuTiger is built around taking orders: table ordering, payments, an order dashboard. If your guests order at the counter or message you on WhatsApp, most of that sits unused. Craftel is only the menu, designed properly, at your own link.

MenuTiger may suit you better if

  • Guests order and pay from their phones at the table
  • You want orders to arrive on a kitchen or staff dashboard
  • You run online ordering for pickup or delivery from the same tool

Craftel suits you if

  • Guests order at the counter, from a waiter or on WhatsApp
  • You care how the menu looks and want it done for you
  • You want Arabic and English on one menu, set properly
  • You want one link that works on the table and in your bio

A menu, not a point of sale

Ordering systems earn their keep in busy venues with table service by phone. They also bring settings to learn: tables, staff accounts, payment providers, order notifications. For a café where people order at the counter, that's a lot to set up just to show a menu.

Craftel leaves the till to you. You choose a template, add your dishes and prices, and print a QR code. When a price changes, you edit it on your phone and every table sees it.

Design comes first

Most QR menu tools give you a theme and a set of options to tune. Craftel's templates are designed whole, around real kinds of venue: a specialty coffee bar, a candlelit bistro, a pâtisserie. Type, spacing and colour are already worked out, in Arabic as carefully as in English, and you add your logo, a cover photo and an accent colour.

The same link on the table and in your bio

Your menu lives at its own address, such as craftel.app/m/yourcafe. The QR code on the table opens it, and so does the link in your Instagram or TikTok bio. It ends with buttons for your WhatsApp, Instagram and location, so someone browsing from a post can message you or find you.

One link, two jobs

  • A QR menu on your tables

Print a QR code or a ready-made table tent. Guests scan and the menu opens in their language, with no app.

  • A storefront in your bio

Put the same link in your Instagram and TikTok bio. Followers see every dish with its price, then message you on WhatsApp or find you on the map.

Switching takes one sitting

  1. 1

Sections, names, prices and sizes, in English, Arabic or both. Photos are optional.

Questions

Can guests order and pay through Craftel?

Can I move my MenuTiger menu to Craftel?

There's no automatic import. You choose a template and type your sections, dishes and prices into the dashboard once; after that, changes take seconds.

Will I need new QR codes?

Yes, once. Print codes for your Craftel link; they never need replacing after that, whatever you change on the menu.

How much does Craftel cost?

$12 a month or $99 a year, with everything included, after 14 days free with no card.

Is Craftel affiliated with MenuTiger?
